Customers often form a lasting impression of your company based on their first experience with your products. That is why custom kraft food boxes can help give your packaging a natural appearance that attracts attention. Designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and takeaway businesses, these boxes can accommodate sandwiches, burgers, pastries, and other food products. In addition, you can choose the box style, size, window option, and printing design to reflect your brand identity. Depending on the material and any food-contact coating used, you can select packaging that suits your products and their handling requirements.
The natural brown color of kraft packaging creates a simple, rustic appearance that many brands prefer. Moreover, kraft packaging may support your sustainability goals when the materials, coatings, and local recycling or composting facilities are suitable. Therefore, it is important to consider the complete packaging material rather than relying on its appearance alone.
Our custom Kraft food packaging is offered in many different shapes and sizes to accommodate all types of food service needs. If you require food packaging for baked goods, take out orders, small snack items, or even desserts, there are numerous options available including material selection, print design, finish selections, and insert options that will allow you to design the right type of packaging for your products.
When selecting a material for your custom kraft food box, there are many factors that will determine how the final product looks, functions, and is appropriate for the food products you plan to package. There are several different types of materials available including; kraft paperboard, coated paperboard, and corrugated kraft board. The best option for your application depends on a number of variables such as the level of strength needed, whether or not moisture resistance is necessary, if you need to print on the box, and if the box will come into direct contact with food.
Brands use this material because it is able to handle the harshness of being transported internationally; and, as well, for the organic appearance of the material. All of the materials we utilize in manufacturing meet the standards set by the FDA and do not contain any harmful chemicals. Below you will find various types of materials that we offer. The following are different options of materials that we provide:
You will be able to print this box with any colors that match your company’s brand image because it has a bright white surface; it is also called white Kraft.
Made of PLA and PE lining to help absorb water and oil. Perfect for shipping saucy or oily products.
E or B flute provides an option for providing greater strength when shipping heavier food items.
Natural wood pulp is what provides that natural looking rustic brown color. It's also 100% biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable.
The menus of every restaurant are distinct from each other; therefore, each restaurant wants to have various size packaging options available for serving and/or shipping their tasty menu items. We do not feel there is a single type of packaging that can accommodate all of our customers’ needs. If we used only one size, the food would either rattle around inside of a box that was too large for the amount of food being served or the food would not even begin to fit into the box. Some of the most commonly requested sizes are:

Provide the precise dimensions of kraft boxes (length x width x height). Leave 1/2" or 1/4" of clearance on each side of the box to help keep food products in place with minimal movement. If you wish to use dividers, liners, or other inserts, you may want to leave additional space. The measurements used in the sample boxes are only examples and not the exact dimensions for your specific application.
The visual presentation of your brand logo and colorful graphics must equal the high-quality presentation of your food, so that you are able to draw in customers. We provide multiple printing options for covering up the imperfections that exist on the boxes. Our printing capabilities include flexographic, digital, and offset, each of which will be able to accommodate your design needs or volume requirements. Additionally, you may choose to use a single color for a "rustic" look. If you desire to have the entire surface of the box printed with full-color branding then select full-color branding. Lastly, you can utilize white ink to enhance your brand logo against the brown background of the box.
After you have completed the printing process, you can enhance the protection of your package through the use of finishing techniques. There are many types of finishing options to choose from such as aqueous, gloss, matte, hot foil, and spot UV. These will provide your customers with an unforgettable shopping experience. To ensure the safety of food during shipment and/or storage, we apply food safe coatings which quickly absorb moisture and grease.
Every single food item will need to be placed within a protective insert. Cardboard trays, paper dividers and/or custom die cut inserts can also be utilized. To maintain the crispness of fried foods, make sure you use handles, window patches, and ventilation holes.
What if you received a large order from your manufacturing process, and discovered several defects in the packaging? If you were faced with this dilemma, how would you handle the issue? Would you throw out the defective packaging, or pay extra to ship the defective product back to your supplier so that they can fix the problems? We can help you solve these issues.
