STOPBOX USA is an excellent product, and the Chamber Lock is an AR-15, but the old box was not assisting. It did not ship the product in a good manner. The box was too basic and did not meet the rough image of the product. A great number of new customers did not feel impressed. STOPBOX sought a strong, safe and brand-consistent box. It had to demonstrate quality, draw attention and keep the product secure as it was transported to different places.

The Solution

Shop Rigid Boxes collaborated with STOPBOX USA in order to produce a custom box in regard to the AR-15 Chamber Lock. Made of strong and stiff cardboard to withstand a long shipping process, the new box performed its role successfully. It was slick black and the STOPBOX emblem was pressed well on its top. The product was packed on soft foam inserts to keep the product fixed and not move inside. The product was tricky yet durable just like the box.

STOPBOX USA sought to make the box feel safe, but to look cool too. The design was ensured to be similar to their brand: bold, secure, professional. It was like opening up something special when taking its box open. Each section of the box was constructed to be of the same caliber of the AR-15 Chamber Lock. The new packaging was not only to be a safeguard to the product; it was to make the product appear better and valuable.

The Results

Its new packaging redefined the perceived new image of the AR-15 Chamber Lock. Now it appears robust and premium-like, as the product is. People enjoyed the box and felt that the product was worth more. The process of shipping got safer and fewer products were destroyed.
